Launched and ran (editorial and commercial) Kyra’s flagship show PAQ. Showrunning, directing, strategising new revenue streams and growth tactics. Running a team of 15 including producers, editors and directors.
Managing the commercial creative team, pitching and execution on branded work across all shows and talent, generating £10M in revenue in 2019.
