To launch the Open Kitchen initiative from KFC, we enlisted long-term fan of the brand Paddy McGuinness to take part in a session where he got to make his own KFC chicken with the help of KFC employee Brian, one of the breakout stars of the BBC documentary ‘Billion Dollar Chicken Shop’.
